"Upper management is blind in their technical needs and unrealistic in their expectations of the equipment on hand. The impossible is frequently demanded both in time and effort, and hard work is never rewarded."

"Pay staff overtime, and refrain from changing job titles repeatedly to skirt overtime pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"When I worked for this company, my operations manager and contracts manager set out to slander my work performance due to the truth I discovered throughout our division, when I brought deficiencies up in staff meeting I was told it was not the proper place to discuss. Since my departure less than 3 months both were demoted. The management is very manipulated my other senior staff members and I would never recommend anyone working for this company unless changes in competency has changed. This is why their market share has slowly been devoured by its competitors."

"Kiss up to the boss - any and every boss - and you will do fine here. The people are great - management not so much! And BTW - I WAS in management!"

"Middle to upper management is terrible! Example: the General Manager for the San Diego operations was lazy, made his manager of ops do everything and only had a HIGH SCHOOL education when he was managing over 300 employees! PATHETIC guy who NEVER took responsibility for his actions or operation!"

"Need to clean house! Get new upper management in there that knows business - not EMTs!!! I was there for 5 years and during that time the company restructured 5 times and I was on my 5th boss when I left. If that isn't bad management, I don't know what is!"
