What do you like about working at American Instants?
"I love working with my coworkers. I have a great support system and everyone gets along. I am happy to be able to see may projects through from inception to competions and that gives me great satisfaction."

"Yes, just don't act too overambitious. They do not promote growth and will not give you a secong look if they think you are going to wish to move up the ladder."
What don't you like about working at American Instants?
"The technology is lacking and I have no contact with customers or anyone outside of the company. I thrive on communicating and would love to have contact with the customers as well as my coworkers. I have found it rewarding when I was able to provide ustomer satisfaction in my past work experiences."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest more team building activites and cross training so that people aren't bored or burned out by the mundane, repetiitive tasks."
