"This is a fairly new company, being less then 2 years old. It has shown great strength in movement and potential for growth in the future. Eventually the acquisitions side of this company will be voided, which is why I am looking for a more stable environment. There is a lot of fluctuation nationwide on employees. With over 30 offices they have hired and fired hundreds of employees based on need, and that standard changes daily."
