"I have completed my bachelor’s and I stared working as a business data analyst. Initially, I worked as a Business Analyst. So I have good knowledge of eliciting requirements from customers, create documentations, SLA, Convert those requirements into system design/architectural design so technical team can easily understand the customer’s requirements. Sometime customers not able to understand technical terms and technical team might not understand the business terms. So my responsibility was to maintain a liaison between customer and technical team. after that for 2 years, my work was more inclined to database management. For instance, handling customers data in database, extract the required information with the help of sql, oracle. I have also work on data visualization part which I found more interesting. I think for any company getting valuable insights is important. In my previous company I able to brought meaningful insights on the table and it helped company to increase 20% sells."
