"The IT budget was very tight- to the point that the mission was sometimes unreachable. Field staff who were supposed to have laptops had pencils and paper because we just didn't have the money available."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management did a good job cutting costs. It was personally unfortunate that some of the cost cutting included my position, but they did need to get into their budget in order to continue the mission."
