What do you like about working at American Gear?

"What I only like about this company was that I was separate for the rest of the employees very challenging for the gears I was producing at that time."

"My only tip would be to ask if there is any helpful guy just in case they need help"

What don't you like about working at American Gear?

"At that time I only had like one year of experince and nobody had knowledege of making geras and thats why nobody could help us at the shop."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I could only say that more help or better prepared maager that would know machining gears as well as machining any other part."
