What don't you like about working at American Furniture Warehouse?

"It is a different culture than what I was used to. Furniture Row focused a lot on the training and development of people from within. American Furniture Warehouse focused more on policies and systems. The few people in charge at the top of American Furniture Warehouse were very set in their ways and not open to any new ideas. However, they were successful, and I just wanted to contribute more."
