"American Financial Network is a good company, but they are having growing pains. I was a previous loan officer. The processors handling my loans were not responsive. It took my loans 60 days to close a simple refinance or purchase."

Nonetheless, it is a great work environment and the people within the company develop a strong sense of camaraderie that's necessary in all workplaces."

Finally, the marketing is better than other companies I have worked for. No "cold calling" or misdirection with unrealistic promises are offered. If I was to find an issue i would say it is in the approach. Many people do not take time to fully read the mail pieces and they are put off when they find out they have to refinance. I feel if the mail was more straightforward we would have more quality over quantity."

The management staff want all of IT to be a team but then make decisions for the whole team without communicating to the whole team. This is not the worst company to work for but I have worked at better."
