"The company is not interested in the safety of their employees. The equipment they use to manufacture their product is better used as museum pieces. AMEX is resistant to process improvement of any sort. if you are not an engineer your opinion is not considered there. 6S,8D, and root cause analysis are not activities encouraged by management."
