"I worked for American Excelsior for 5 years. Successfully developed business resulting in an expansion of manufacturing and warehouse operations. The management never could effectively expand manufacturing operations and maintain quality levels. A product which we (American ExcelsIor) created and developed specifications for ended up being manufactured and delivered more effectively by our competition. Dinosaur managers were at the helm when I left the company. Shell game commission programs for sales force."
