"After 5 years, I left because I just was not sure what they really accomplish. The Hope Lodges and Road to Recovery help people. The call center offered good support. But the rest of it is smoke and mirrors. Loads of controlled messaging and image management. Really dig in, and you will be surprised at how little they help locally."
