"Recent changes in management have led to massive program cuts while stepping up fund raising demands. We are asking for more and giving less back. Public are starting to notice and ask why - that's a hard question to answer when standing there with my hand out."

"Get back to the mission. Focus on what people need and not just what you can get from them. The decision to spend some brand equity will hurt in the long run."
