What do you like about working at America Hears?

"I enjoyed the short-lived opportunity of really being able to directly impact the bottom line through marketing efforts. Also, as compared to Siemens Hearing Instruments, it was interesting to sell B2C versus B2B."

What don't you like about working at America Hears?

"AH is a very small company. Their literal family dynamics (father, son, and daughter) came too much into play affecting day-to-day activities -- something I was not used to having come from much larger organizations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hard to say since they do manage to remain in business. Unfortunately, their manufacturing staff is grossly underpaid and the work environment is very depressed. Their product return rate is somewhere around 50%, so -- overall -- they have quite a bit of work in front of them."
