What do you like about working at Amee Bay?

"I was allowed to alter the procedures of the contract I worked on whatever way I felt would benefit the process with little to no resistance and in almost all cases received positive feedback. The atmosphere for the majority of the time I worked with the company was relaxed and allowed which allowed me to feel unencumbered in my duties."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand that in many cases, it will be necessary for you to resolve issues without the assistance of management. Sell yourself as a self-reliant worker who needs little-to-no assistance from outside help and be prepared to live up to that standard."

What don't you like about working at Amee Bay?

"There was very little organization overall in the company and simple issues were neglected by those with the authority to resolve them, despite consistent reminders from those dealing with the issues, such as myself. Eventually this caused the issues to become more poignant in their impact. In my opinion, open communication and the ability to act quickly and effectively are paramount when opperating any business."

"Accept and carefully scrutinize any feedback received from those performing the day-to-day functions that support their organization."
