"Amedisys didn't have a Release Manager when I was hired. It has been a wonderful opportunity to put that function into place complete with required processes, documentation, and templates."

What don't you like about working at Amedisys?

"Contractors are second class citizens. Poor working conditions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management has been slow to incorporate RM into their RACI model and it still hasn't granted them a vote in the Change Management Board."
