"When I began working for this company, it was my understanding that they were flexible, understanding people. That's the impression you get when first meeting the owner and the general manager, aka his girlfriend. This is not at all the case. The atmosphere is more like a daycare than a place of business. The tension in the hallways can be cut with a knife and don't, by any means, carry on a conversation in the halls. No reviews, bonuses aren't impressive and you have to fight for your raises."
