"Fasten your seat belt; it'll be a wild ride. After working for Amdocs, other companies will seem like you're vacation."

"Management are Indian good old boys who treat workers like galley slaves. Lurch from one crisis to the next. Will move you and family to North Dakota or Israel on one day's notice. Default office language is Hindi."

"There were many opportunities for career advancement. They allowed telecommuting as part of having a work/personal balance - as long as the job was done. The benefits were great."

"The company was always looking for ways to cut money. After a while, they decided to outsource all testing jobs to other consulting companies located in India."

"To promote people based on their professional competencies and not based on personal affiliation and social networking. As well as the financial package is a little behind the industry."

"Don't hire people if you have no intention of retaining them. Stop sending work to India."

"Tell them how good you are and deliver it - especially if it means a time and accuracy savings to the company... do this no matter what those say around you on YOUR team, they do NOT want you to shine, it will diminish their glow and they are basically afraid of 'new' things they cannot find the inside secrets of within their circle by location. Quality Manager has no value to UNIX batch testing (my butt)... that was the first thing ever told me by my team lead when I started my final assignment with the company."

"I was a remote employee, I found out about the others before me, the team people placed themselves and their personal benefit ahead of company work benefit."

"Speed up your processes and demote those that can't stand and deliver on their own."

"It's a pleasure to work at Amdocs, they will take care of everybody."

"Huge teams are working on very small piece of functionality, teams are not properly organized."

"Need to consider about employee needs, their requirements and suitable working conditions in case of emergency."
