"Not really. I've been recruited in Israel where the entire process is very different than in the US."

"The culture in my current project/assignment. The lack of opportunities to grow and to be promoted."

"Be more transparent. Share all of the info 100% of the time. Promote internally before bringing aboard external talent."

"Too hard to say... once upon a time, it was a very good environment to work."

"Performance is too little to be accounted for."

"Very good environment to know BAD Internal Politics. May not be with everybody, but there are few people who follow the nasty politics."

"Don't risk peoples' life with internal politics. Give importance to performance and NOT POLITICS."

"If you must hire on there, keep looking for another job."

What don't you like about working at Amdocs?

"Worked through breaks, lunches, and long hours without compensation. We were not allowed to transfer out of the AT&T Division. Basically AT&T set us up so that they would not be held accountable for the shoddy way the two companies mistreated and ripped off those employees. If the govt investigated these two companies, many top executives would be out of a job and hopefully in jail."

"Fire the over paid, under achieving unethical executives and hire competent ethical people."
