"Everything .... It was a professional operation from top to bottom with competent managers and staff. I was introduced to many areas of the industry I had always desired to explore. I learned a lot and I'm grateful for the chance to have experienced it all."

"Unfortunately they have become a casualty of the housing bubble explosion and are no longer in business. I would not have anything bad to say about them. They where a first class operation"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"N/A see above. Being in the 'proverbial trenches' at the time the housing market was overheating... I DID see the housing market ready for a correction and would have suggested a turn for a more strategic exit from sub-prime while the opportunity existed. Knowing which loan products would replace sub-prime... I was calling for refresher classes in FHA before the last sub-prime loan was originated. It was not a premature call in my opinion since FHA is now 30% to 40% of the mortgage market. It was a perfect time to reposition the origination side of the company."

"Was a far commute for me comming from Los Angeles and pay was a bit low. Also they kept changing the terms of the bonus program durring the month so it seemed like it was always impossible to obtain."
