"Management is inept, their entire business depends on their internal application, yet the VP doesn't get this and gives IT no money or respect. Managers do not understand the technology being used."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace current management with people who know and understand the technology in place and can make good recommendations. Also, replace the VP with someone who understands IT"
