"I've worked for AWS as an SDE Intern for a period of 3 months. I was handed over a project that required me to use my analytical abilities and Software Development fundamentals to the maximum extent. The team, work, and culture at AWS are really great. I would definitely recommend one to join and work for t his company,"

"Amazing place to work and develop your skills. But that might not be good for earl stages of your career where you are looking to develop a lot of breadth instead of specific roles."

"I worked for Amazon for about two years and within the first year felt the burn out. Long hours are expected and I was always on-call. The benefits are great, and the managers are understanding of when time off is needed, but the work always continued to pile up."

"If you want to be a robot, and do what you are told, this is the place for you. If you are looking to grow and advance your career, it all depends on your supervisor. Customer Support is the bottom of the food chain, so the experience is very different from other positions."

"Good place to work overall, unfortunately my team got restructured during the last couple of months of my contract with the company making it difficult to get hired on. This also coincided with a new manager who micro manged and wound up at times costing productivity. This unlike the standard Amazon manager or employee, and should be taken as an unfortunate and unique circumstance that is not conducive to the overall Amazon workplace environment."
