"Get a clear understanding of exact state of the project you will be tasked with along with caveats and potential obstacle."

What don't you like about working at Amaya Gaming Group?

"Level of professionalism was lacking as was talent in certain key areas. Executive branch had no idea of the complexity of the project when handed off and forced me to do some educating. Venture Capitalists were led to believe certain things that were unfounded."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not spread their resources to thin taking on a slew of projects. Identify the most promising projects and focus resources in that direction and put the rest on the back-burner."
