"Allowed a decent amount of creativity. Within limits we can do anything we think will make the product better. Plus I get to solve problems."

"Be prepared to jump from project to project. certain times of year are tougher on us than others."

"Sometimes we do get micromanaged. usually not us but our managers do. upper management is overly involved in things they don't really have any business doing..."

"I would listen to my employees. I would try to let them do there jobs without me micromanaging them."
