"The higher bosses seemed to enjoy raining on any good day you had. There are not people people. They are bottom line/penny pinching people."

"Learn how to communicate with people working for you. Yelling is not they way."

"If you're straight-laced, introverted, and always toe-the-line, you'll do well. No creativity or fun allowed."

"It's an overall stifling environment. Run like a prison. I felt like I was treated like a child."

"Sometimes we do get micromanaged. usually not us but our managers do. upper management is overly involved in things they don't really have any business doing..."

"I would listen to my employees. I would try to let them do there jobs without me micromanaging them."
