"This company has a lot of potential. They truly make some of the best Machine Tools in the industry. Their service at least in this country is second to none. But the Japanese culture and lack of support from that region continues to hold back the US from achieving as much as we are capable of. Just can be frustrating."

"Provide a return on their investment. I feel confident that given the right opportunity I will provide a solid return on an employers decision to bring me on board and confident I can obtain the sales goals."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are many suggestions that can be presented based on the current role of management. I have provided suggestions and am open to suggestions as a former manager. Allowing employees ownership of their responsibilities is important to me as a manager."
