"Upper management, makes changes for the sake of change. It is a family business, but definately not a family atmosphere. Constant turnover, I was one of two engineers there the longest, and I was there 9 years"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the management, the Althoff way, the Floggings will continue till the moral improves"
