"I have worked for AlterDomus since the beginning of 2020. Originally the company was a small local company named Strata Fund Solutions, however Strata was acquired by AlterDomus in early 2021 and we became a global company. Once the Acquisition took place the employees well being became less of a priority due to the size and overall mission of the company. Because of this shift in focus the work-life balance has become unbearable and the work environment toxic. There is no autonomy to complete tasks or decisions which halts overall productivity and completion of tasks."
