"My companies core values are great. They really teach you to rely on one another and to help another as you would yourself. I also like how I can get ahold of a manager at any time, and our CEO asks for our opinions. This company really wants you to feel at home."

"Make sure that you present yourself in a proffesional way."
What don't you like about working at AltaOne Federal Credit Union?
"There is not a lot of oppertunity for growth. I am also not please with the fact that we do not make comission off of any loans."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would ask that they make some sort of commision for completed loans since the goals are so high."
