"it is a large company contrlled from Paris, France. The atmoshere was can do. Projects were in the hungreds od millions of dollars, so decisions were carefully vetted before approval and then everything was done to succeed."

"Decisions were a little slow, but this was understandable. Company was a matrix organization with too many silos."
