"The inability to move within the salary level. The lack of rewards amongst everyone who contributes to the shipment date of a rotor/turbine."

"They have given us a very good platform to work on the railways signalling system."

"We have to develop people. No doubt I get very good platform to work, but now I want to develop in different area. After 5 year of completion I should get some other thing to develop, like other subsystem of railways. Development of Other people for the future of the comapny."
