"I have worked for Alsalam Aircraft Company for the last 11 months on a 12 month contract. The state of the equipment is deplorable and not reliable. Coupled with the cultural environment and lack of work habits, makes for an unsuccessful situation. This company is the lowest paying with the worst benefits package in the kingdom. To top that off whenever I asked for renegotiation of contract for a renewal I was met with silence from ALL Alsalam managers, attitude from HR staff and cold shoulders."
