"Don't be bullied by outside influence. Decisions should be make from a logical point of view, not an emotional one."

"I like the people that work there! I had wonderful co-workers who worked hard and inspired me to do my best. I loved the children in my class and their families."

"They are a wonderful school district; just not a match for me."

"I had differing teaching philosophies than what they wanted me to use in my classroom. I felt very restricted and not able to use my own brain and creativity to teach the students that I knew so well."

"Trust your employees! You hired them for a reason; let them shine without micro-managing. People want to excel, they just need a chance to try their own ideas."
