"Alphaserve is not a good company to work, too much work being done with no direction, no decent tools, poor salary, and too much expectations and responsibilities on the shoulders, with no leading manager to show the way. The positive side is colleagues and some of the teams that have experienced certified IT people - but most were leaving and still leaving company, still the few remaining people are working hard to give full speed to being professional and get the job done."
