"The role requires people who are self-motivated, confident, diligent and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environmentOur interview process includes 4 or 5 rounds, which allows the candidate to meet many different people, and allows us to get multiple perspectives on whether someone would be a fit for us."

What don't you like about working at AlphaSights?

"Not a con but a comment. You've flexible, dynamic and pro-active in order to face all the challenges proposed in this fast-paced environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think the main reasons AlphaSights has successfully created a culture of transparency is through monthly minutes meetings run by staff (non-managers), junior staffs ability to access senior management, and annual company trips."

"Fast-paced delivery might not be for everyone. Definitely not the type of job where you just have to show up"

"Strengthen the managerial link between the several work teams in order to be more effective on some projects."

"Great environment - take on a lot of responsibility early on, such as managing projects and managing client accounts. The company puts a lot of emphasis on each employee's personal/career development, so there are always new challenges to tackle and new skills to hone."

"A double edged sword of growing so quickly with our clients is that we're getting more projects almost faster than we can hire new analysts, so things can be spread a little thin"

"Keep more focusing on certain clients ie project for each team."
