"I have worked for this company for well over a year. Everybody gets a base of 35k or less. The owners are always on vacation and when they come back they brag about it. The recruitment cycles of a doctor is about 3 months. They are killing themselves by having no return policies in contacts and also pricing themselves out of the game. They are all about the money and numbers you really can't make any money here. The senior people have all the jobs locked up well over 100 each of them, and you barely can get a job in the good area because they took all of them. The best jobs you can get in rural areas. Supervisors make 4 phone calls a day and then play online games. You can see them when you pass by them and they quick change it. The company is very biased towards women and do not like them that much. This is coming from a male point of view . Bonus work terrible You get 10% overall what the contract says. Average contract is about 20k. So two people place a doctor, divide that by both people, that's 10k and you get 10% of 10k and that's $1,000 dollars. The insurance is terrible, you pay 70% of it. Last year the company grossed net profit of over 1 million dollars."
