"Alpha Construction NW is a start up company in Salem, OR. With 2.5 years in the industry and substantial growth over those 2.5 years. The company is good for self starters that can complete task with little to know guidance from ownership. The overall environment of the company is great, upper management is not for micro-management and believes in giving employees the space and resources to complete there work successfully. The down fall is that this is a start up so benefits are not currently in place and pay is under market rate."
