"There was a lack of opportunity for career growth for me. The director of my department encouraged me to get my MBA to qualify me for management and leadership opportunities within Allstate, but upon completion of my MBA, received the internal feedback that my lack of management experience to date makes me less than qualified for the roles I sought internally. And that director who sponsored my MBA did nothing to help me within the company to grow my career."
