"Allscripts is a large development shop mired by middle management bureaucracy. Individuals, for the most part, are decent and fun people, and there is a bell curve of talent not unlike other places I have experienced. However, probably due to industry regulations in addition to what I perceive as management incompetencies, development pace and execute is below what it should be. Also, management bickering leads to cross-departmental strife which dramatically lowers the work experience."

"Don't believe they are at the same location or possible that the company was bought out by an overseas investor. Interesting to go to events to promote the software, but the medical profession as a graphic designer can be a bit morose at times."
