Stagnant wages, no room for advancement, zero transparency, lack of training, and filthy working conditions are chief complaints among current employees."

"Pros: Casual and informal work environment with helpful and hardworking people. Decent health insurance benefits. Sometimes flexible with schedule for employees enrolled in college. Cons: President has final word on everything; employees not allowed to take ownership of passion projects or make decisions in their area of expertise. No opportunities for advancement and very, very low pay across the board. Office, warehouse, breakroom, and restrooms are filthy. Leadership ineffective in all areas, and low employee morale."
