"Be innovative and be a team player. Then just work hard and have fun."

What don't you like about working at AlliedSignal?

"New strategies were requested monthly, but quite often it took more than that amount of time to get the prior month's strategy up and running. Buy-in alone (very important at the plant level) took time, but was worth it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Great management. From meetings with Larry Bossidy to Fred Poses, I received all the support I needed. Keep that up."
