"Small R&D division, Allied Telesis had a very relaxed atmosphere where you knew everyone. Management at all levels was very approachable and genuinely interested in new ideas and suggestions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask a lot of questions about their review process, advancement opportunities and documentation process and updating procedures. They will rely heavily on documentation and I found a lot of time was wasted obtaining up to date information."
What don't you like about working at Allied Telesis?
"There design documentation and relevant user guides lacked information and were often out of date."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Streamline the documentation and design process so that they work in tandem, there is too much seperation between those departments. Provide better incentives for employees. Allied Telesis has a no review process and does not give raises of any kind. If you look for other employment and thye find out and want to keep you only then do they offer incentives to stay."
