"The vision has been lost as the current order of business is to continue to revise the organization chart hoping to catch lightening in a bottle versus identifying critial problems and establishing both short and long term solutions with measurable targets for continuous improvement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Identify the target customer, determine their needs, review our program versus the industry competiton and revise the current programs to meet the needs of the customer. We current as a company are not seeking any B2B opportunities which are available at this time. We have unfortunately become an order-taking sales company."
