What do you like about working at Alliant Techsystems?

"I was let go for no reaseon and have applied back to customer service and product service 6 times and have not been hired back and is currently working in the plant and had to take 16,000.00 dollar cut. Then they hired somebody younger then me with less experience. I had 5 years experience in customer service and 10 years in product service. I feel that the managment was out to black ball me from the company. I have applied totally for 20 jobs and have not gotten one of them and I do have 31 years of experience and education."

"TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT MANAGEMENT THEY LIKE TO MAKE YOU THINK YOUR IMPORTANT"

"MANAGEMENT not a equal opportunity company as they state in their handbook under employment"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a look all applicants and take into consideration experience and longevity with the company. Need to get a new director of the Quality Department!"
