"In the past year at my current job, I've unfortunately been misled by the current Administration in ways that have affected my ability to further my position with the company. Inexperienced coworkers have been promoted because of their ability to please others rather than those making sure corporate compliance and projects deadlines were met, other coworkers were looked upon more favorably than those performing vastly greater more work for the company, and or department has not been included in projects requiring IT involvement until post-installation resulting in unnecessary dissatisfaction with our department."
