"Alliance CAS as a company is transitioning into a medium sized from it where it started. We have a very focussed and talented CEO on board whose vision was very clear when he took over the company. Always open to constructive criticism and pushes us to do more and and make sure the effort is put across. The analytics wing was started very recently and as youngsters me and my colleague were given the freedom to make sure we act as liaison in the company for all the technology changes that we are undergoing. The only drawback I would say is the change needs to be fast tracked and since the real estate and consulting market works that way and also it is a private equity backed firm there are many people who need to be rep-positioned considering their qualifications and the payscale needs to be revised for many of the employees."
