"Unethical, very poor business practices, zero respect for staff. No time off for a death in the family, 2 paid holidays a year and if you have to leave even an hour early and give plenty of notice, he will not pay you for the whole day. Very unstable work environment with the head guy. Most unprofessional, deceitful human I've ever met."
