"The company is getting too big for the current management structure. It seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. This review is given from the perspective of the Dallas division. There are managers in positions that have no business being there. "Stifling environment made up of the good ol' boy network, minimal opportunities to advance your career unless you know the right people in the right places; mediocrity is not only encouraged and rewarded. Don't go here to become the next star, you'll be a small fish in a large pond of sharks"

"BREAK THE ELITIST WORK ENVIRONMENT. Upper management has no credibility, they solve all issues with a survey and no follow up."
