"The beginning of the day, and all the rest, up until the end of the day. Viciously political setting."

"Find out what's going on in the trenches. You won't believe the little fiefdoms that everyone is setting up."

"Employee Management is heavy handed at best. Company has a constant revolving door that keeps staffing of IT at a low level of expertise and company is unwilling to pay for or keep IT talent."

"Arrange for a more steady IT budget that will maintain a well trained IT staff and treat them better."

"Lot of games, viciously competitive - colleagues like to sabotage each other, and it's encouraged."
