"I have worked as an attorney at this firm for several years. For most of that time, it was the best job I had ever had. Pay and benefits were competitive, billable requirements were reasonable, and the bonus was attainable. Lots of reviews on job boards cite overbearing management and micromanagement as complaints. If the job was done, that was not an issue in my experience. Most recently, however, the firm has clearly had financial difficulties. Payroll has been late, the bonus has been eliminated, and the size of the firm has been steadily declining."
