"You will be hired with no job description because the VP did away with them so he would have an easier time eliminating people he wanted to."

"Ower was 3rd generation family member who was insurance salesman. VP was not open with his expectations and contantently altered and reduced our regular rate until price became the customers only concern intead of quality."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If your going to have a company rate, don't try to get every cheap job. Work on quality and the jobs will always be there. Provide quotations in a timely manner and sell them based on quality."
